Greetings, friends. Unfortunately Friday’s show in Lynchburg, VA at the Muse Coffee Shop has been canceled, but we’re working on getting a new show with help from some very special lovely friends… we’ll keep you posted! Until then, may you be ever graced with the presence of an air-conditioned unicorn.

DAYTROTTER! CHICAGO! AMAZINGNESS! WHAT A DAY! ALL CAPS! NO KIDDING! We had a great time recording our session for Daytrotter.com, and an even better time at our show at Darkroom in Chicago! Thanks so much to everyone who made it such a memorable and humbling day.

On the way to Rock Island, IL to record our Daytrotter session (we’ll let you know when it’s posted), PEARL AND THE BEARD GETS TRAPPED IN THE VORTEX OF CORN!!!!!

What will become of our fearless trio!? Who will win, Pearl and the Beard, or THE CORN-TEX!?!?!? The battle wages on, almost forever. Who will WIN?!?

Oh Holy Ghost Tent Revival, how do we love thee? The incredible HGTR asked us to join them on their bill in Athens, OH at Jackie O’s, and we were floored! What an amazing show. Man, those guys can play… and sweat. Thank you so much for having us, boys! ‘Twas an honor.

On 7.11.10 we played at The Smiling Moose in Pittsburgh. Go Steelers!

Nicholas Hohman of Brewer’s Row and Jaybird were simply phenomenal… it was so great to perform alongside such talented musicians! And special thanks to Nicholas for the passes to The Pittsburgh Children’s Museum… we had an incredible time with our awesome friend Jaden, author of the zine Swirling Vortex of Terror. Jocelyn especially loved Mr. Rogers’ Neighborhood. Pictures coming soon!

FRIENDLY PEOPLE OF AMERICA! We are heading out on the road again, and we need your help to make this tour as amazing as possible. How can you help, you ask? Come to our shows!
