So you love yourself some Pearl and the Beard? Excellent! You’d love to see them perform live in your city? We do too! You love helping others discover your favorite bands? Wow, we heart you. Team Beardies is for you! We can use help everywhere in the world, and especially in the cities of the upcoming July tour, which includes Chicago, Minneapolis, Washington DC, Cleveland, St. Louis, Philly, and more.

How Can You Help Pearl and the Beard? Two Simple Ways!

1. HELP US KNOW YOUR CITY!
To bring Pearl and the Beard to your city we need inside information. For example, we’d love to know what your favorite local radio station is, your favorite DJ, local newspapers or blogs, schools in the area, local bands that you like, and your favorite place to see music. This is valuable information that can help us so much and get the band to play in your city!

2. HELP US SPREAD THE WORD IN YOUR CITY!
Help us promote Pearl and the Beard in your city when we make it to your city! We’ll provide you with a way and the necessary tools so that it’s simple, fast and easy. For example, you could call a local radio station, put up a poster, spread an e-flyer, send free music to friends.

3. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Q: I Would Love To Help! What Role Can I Take?
A: Be A Mayor Or A Member of Team Beardies.
If you are The Mayor, that means you’re our point person in your city that helps us gather information. We are directly in touch with the Mayor. We provide materials, ideas, instructions and tips, and will brainstorm directly with you about what it will take to make Pearl and the Beard popular in your city.

A Team Member is someone that loves Pearl and the Beard and would like to help us spread the word, but might not be in the position to take a leadership position. Team Members will be in touch with the Mayor who will let them know what projects she/he could use help with. It could be as small as calling a radio station to request a song, helping us find a place to stay in your town, or brainstorming about new merchandise.

Q: Do Mayors and Team Members get any benefits?
A: Yes!
Mayors receive free access to shows in their city, access to limited edition merchandise and other exclusives. Team Members will be eligible for free tickets and have access to a select set of limited edition merchandise.

Q: Does being a Mayor or Team Member take up a lot of time?
A: Not really!
It’s not a lot of work to be the Mayor, nor does it take up a lot of time, but it does take passion and commitment to help us get people excited about Pearl and the Beard You are in control of how much time and effort you want to put in, and we will do our best to make it as fun as possible. As with everything, the more you put into it, the more you get out of it.

Q: Can we talk to other Team Beardies! Members?
A: Yes! There is a Facebook Group to exchange tips and help us build a community!

Q: Is it hard to join Pearl and the Beard?
A: Not that hard!

To submit to be a Mayor:
Find two or more friends who will join your local team as Team Members, then e-mail us at teambeardies at thefamilyrecords dot com and provide us with the following information:
1. The city you live in. And if you’re in school, which school you go to.
2. The names and e-mails for your friends that will help you as team members.

To submit to be a Team Member please e-mail us at teambeardies at thefamilyrecords dot com and tell us where you live. We will then send you an email and put you in touch with a Mayor in your area.

Once we receive your e-mail we will review and get in touch with you. All Mayors and Team Members that are accepted will receive an exclusive download.
